missionThe Board of Education of the Garrison Union Free School District is committed to incorporating the principles of environmental stewardship and appreciation into the educational programs for Garrison School children. In addition, the Board of Education values the School Forest as an extension of the traditional classroom environment. Therefore, a school level Environmental Education Committee is established to advise the Board of Education and propose recommendations to the Board and Administration regarding the planning and implementation of instructional programs for this purpose. -- September 2, 2015
